Capital City Community Service Endowment Pancake Breakfast to raise funds to support the Bikes 4 Books program at Whitney Elementary School and Taft Elementary School. Serving pancakes, eggs, ham, sausage, juice, milk, coffee and fresh fruit. 100% of monies raised go directly to funding the Bikes 4 Books program.
