Community Outreach Behavioral Services is a 501(c)3 organization that provides trauma care for victims of human trafficking. We are also vocal advocates for all families who need an advocate, education, counseling or other services to improve their family. We are here to work together and provide individuals with confidence, strength and stability for a happier and healthier future.
