Treasure Valley Heart and Stroke Walk

This event is a fun family-friendly evening with health and wellness vendors, music, heart-healthy food and a non-competitive walk. The event promotes being Healthy For Good and how to make changes in 4 areas to accomplish your health goals. We also want to bring attention to the signs and symptoms of heart disease and stroke and raise awareness of how each is highly preventable. We will be celebrating local heart and stroke survivors and engaging organizations throughout the community to make health and wellness a priority in the workplace.
